This Summer Luke Wright is taking to the pubs of East Anglia, Sussex and Kent to deliver a specially chosen hour of my best poems. The show is Down the Pub with Luke Wright.
The Ballad of Chris & Ann’s Fish Bar (from Cynical Ballads) makes an appearance, as does Houses That Used to be Boozers (Essex Lion). Plus poems that never made it into shows like Judge Crush, Ron’s Knock-Off Shop and One Trick Bishop. There will also be a sneak preview of some of the pieces Luke is working on for his new show Poet Laureate!

*This is not a pub, and it’s billed as The Toll, but will likely be the same set as the others and have that same relaxed feel.
