We are on the lookout for actors to work with us on a scratch performance this Autumn. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the early development of an innovative new work.<\/p>\n
Dagestan<\/em> is an thrilling play by poet and martial artist SJ Fowler, set in the shadowy world of global security. Enter the minds of military contractors to uncover a culture of violence, gallows humour and moral uncertainty.<\/p>\n There are four roles available:<\/p>\n Three scratch performances will take place on 16 and 17 October<\/strong> at Rich Mix in East London.<\/p>\n Five days of rehearsals will be scheduled across the first two weeks of October. The fee is \u00a3630 (\u00a390 per day including the two performance days).<\/p>\nOne male actor, playing age 30-45. An intimidating military training instructor.<\/h2>\n
Two male actors, playing age 20-35. Private military contractors. Must be physically fit and open to some basic martial arts training.<\/h2>\n
One female actor, playing age 25-35. Works in the office of the military contractor.<\/h2>\n
